7 Day Extreme Diet Plan To Burn Fat and Get Ripped (Day 2)

I gotta admit I didn’t feel so good this morning but didn’t stop me from getting a good workout in. Feeling really hungry and could do with at least a slice of bread at this stage. Ate a shit load of cauliflower yesterday and this morning and seems to fill the stomach for a while. 🙂

All I’ll be eating is cauliflower and drinking 3-4 protein shakes a day.

Shoulders

Standing Shoulder Press with Barbell – 4 sets @ 30 kgs – 10 reps

Seated Dumbell Shoulder Press – 3 sets @ 30 kgs – 10 reps

Shoulder Dumbell Raises – 3 sets @ 20 kgs – 10 reps

Biceps
Close Grip Straight Bar Bicep Curl – 3 sets @ 20-30 kgs
Dumbell Curls – 3 sets @ 20 kgs Dumbells

Cable Curls (with rope)

Triceps

Triceps – 3 sets of Barbell Lying Tricep Extensions (15 kgs)
Overhead Cable Tricep Extensions – 3 sets @ 15kgs
Tricep Cable Pressdown – 3 sets @ 20 kgs
Standing Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension – 3 sets @ 18 kgs
