7 Day Extreme Diet Plan (Day 4)

 

On day 4 and starting to regret I started this diet a few days ago. Still sticking to the diet no matter what.

All I’ll be eating is cauliflower and drinking 3-4 protein shakes a day.

Chest

Bench Press – 5 sets @ 80kgs (5 reps)

Incline Bench Press – 3 sets @ 30kgs ( 6 reps)

Weighted Pushups – 3 Sets @ 20kgs ( 10 reps)

Biceps

Close Grip Straight Bar Bicep Curl – 3 sets @ 20-30 kgs
Dumbell Curls – 3 sets @ 20 kgs Dumbells

Cable Curls (with rope)
