Weight Loss is determined by the portion of food you eat and the intensity of your workouts.

If you continue to eat badly, this will have a negative effect on your health and sooner than rather than later you will look for a solution to it.

Protein and fiber are a great way to feel fuller throughout the day. If you cut out fatty fried food, sugary food and eat more of the following you will lose weight.
