My Thoughts on the program
I really liked this book and has taught me a lot of things I didn’t know before. I like to take notes from this book of the most important things to keep me on track with my diet and workouts. I also liked the section on goal-setting. The workout program is customisable to whatever your goals might be and can easily adapt it to whether you want to lose weight or maintain weight or lose fat and build muscle mass.
Things I didn’t like
The book is way too long (0ver 300 pages) but Tom wanted to cover as much information on in each chapter but it can be a bit too overwhelming.
The weight loss and bodybuilding are over-saturated with a lot of crap you see online, but this book encourages the reader to be very self-aware and to tailor goals to their own training style and ability.
Thanks for reading my review of burn the fat feed the muscle. It is definitely a fantastic book for helping you achieve the body you desire. I definitely recommend it.
The book is available to buy as an eBook and to purchase as a hard copy via Amazon.
