Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle
If you're looking for specific information on getting rid of body fat, then I highly recommend the best selling book "Burn The Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto.
This is one of the books that I usually recommend to people who want to burn fat while maintaining muscle. Even though the book was released in 2013, people still buy it because stuff Tom teaches in it are still very effective.
His book has been known to have changed the lives of thousands of people, helping them to get in shape, lose fat and eat healthy. I have used a lot of his tips myself and they definitely work. Check out my review here.

The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding
Arnold Schwarzenegger's The Enclyclopedia of Bodybuilding book has been available for 30 years now and what I didn’t realize before I read it is that I’ve been doing a lot of these exercises and workouts with my old training partner for years.
And it only occurred to me when I picked up the book in his house one day and flicked through it.
This book is a must read for any big fan of bodybuilding or anybody who aspires to have the body they always wanted.
It was originally published in 1985, then later republished again in 1998. This 800 chocobloc book is the equivalent to the size of a telephone book, so it would be difficult to lose it.

The Fat Burning Kitchen
A friend told me about the Fat Burning Kitchen when it came out in 2016 and I have to say the information contained in this book is well worth the read.
Many people would be shocked to discover that there are numerous foods being touted as healthy and suggested as important additions to their meals that actually do their bodies more harm than good.
The author Mike Gueary does a great job at providing you with the true “principals of fat loss” along with numerous simple tips, tweaks, and hacks that can be made to your new and/or current diet.

Well, thanks to Dave Rulez and his book"Anabolic Cooking" he makes eating for gains tasty and healthy.
His book lists over 200 tasty recipes for building muscle, that you can easily prepare in a matter of a minutes.
The great thing about this book is that it teaches you how to prepare all your meals for the entire week in a matter of two to three hours.

Will Brink will not dissappoint you will his book "Bodybuilding Revealed". Will brinks is one of the few guys in the bodybuilding industry that I trust. You can't go wrong with his "Bodybuilding Revealed" or "Fat Loss Revealed Program".
This is not just an eBook but a complete diet and workout program for beginners, intermediate and advanced trainers. Will cuts straight to the point and reveals a step by step plan that will guide you on the path to get the body you want.
His approach is simple, he says "here is what you need to do, here is why you need to do it, and here is the research that backs me up”. These books a long with Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat is all you really need to achieve your idea physique.
